CONSUMER DISCLOSURE NOTICE:

PLEASE READ TOUR CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!  ENROLLMENT AND A PAYMENT FOR THE TOUR CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TOUR CONDITIONS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

(Deposits, additional and final payments) $500 deposit is required to secure a reservation.  Nevertheless, SBN-Partners in Prayer shall be responsible only for funds confirmed paid to and received by SBN-Partners in Prayer. Upon receipt of deposit, passenger will receive a statement showing all charges, payments and discounts if applicable. Suggested payments: First payment (after deposit) due is $1,200, Second payment due is $1,200 final payment due is $795.  Total payment due by December 14, 2011.  Payment may be given or mailed direct to SBN-Partners in Prayer: PO Box 4338, Albuquerque, NM 87196.  Each passenger must complete a Registration/Payment Form when reserving the trip.   Additionally, the passenger will receive information about travel insurance, travel, etc.  Additional payments may be made at any time, with payment in full due by December 14, 2011. Items of a personal nature such as laundry, lunch, and dinner beverage, transportation from your hometown to the airport of departure and vice versa, tips for personal favors, insurance, gratuities, and costs resulting from absence or deviation from the itinerary and any items not shown herein as being included are the responsibility of the passenger.

 Local transportation by air conditioned motor coach or local conveyance as indicated, and the service of an English speaking guide and the entrance fees to places visited on sightseeing and optional tours described in the itinerary, are all included in the tour prices. SBN-Partners in Prayer strongly recommends you purchase appropriate cancellation/medical/baggage insurance for the trip, which is available from Travel Insured International 800-243-3174 or 24 hours a day on the web at www.travelinsured.com.   Operator reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the trip at any time who presents a significant risk to the health or safety of himself or others which cannot be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by Operator’s reasonable accommodation. Operator reserves the right to correct an error in the brochure presentation or advertised price prior to your departure. A contract is made when your reservation and payment are accepted by Operator at its office. Operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality. Operator will not be responsible to any person for expense, loss of time, money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary, or change of tour arrangements. Operator also reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure, and in such cases all payments made to date will be refunded (excepting any non-refundable items) and shall constitute full settlement. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that your travel agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued as Operator assumes no responsibility for such airline ticket cancellation fees. Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year. Operator reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions. Price of the tour is based on air and hotel rates and currency exchange rate effective 6/30/11. If any changes, price will change accordingly.  

DEVIATIONS: Any deviation request for this tour, will incur a charge of $100, plus any charges of suppliers, airlines, steamship lines involved in accommodating the deviation. Operator reserves the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary or adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if Operator deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience or safety. Trips outside the USA require a valid passport or other acceptable forms of citizenship (proof).  You are responsible for, and release Operator from, passport, visa, vaccination requirements (if applicable), and safety conditions in travel destinations. Your passport must be valid up to October 1, 2012.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION: All cancellations must be in writing to SBN-Partners in Prayer and must be signed by the person who made the original reservation. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by SBN-Partners in Prayer.  No refunds are issued for cancellations received after the departure date of the tour.  Penalties will apply if you cancel your tour. Cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees apply to each person. Cancellation policy is as follows:  Up to $300 refunded on deposit until December 13, 2011.  Full deposit of $500 is non-refundable 90 days prior to departure (on or after December 14, 2011).  Full tour payment is non-refundable 60 days prior to departure.  

RESPONSIBILITY: This trip is arranged by SBN-Partners in Prayer, in cooperation with its partner companies (hereafter collectively known as ‘operator’) which has made the travel arrangements as agent for the transportation carriers and other suppliers of services connected with the tour ('suppliers'), all of which are independent contractors. Operator in no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during the trip, and does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of suppliers, their employees, agents, etc.  All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by suppliers and Operator, including airline, cruise line, rail, coach, hotel, restaurants, insurance and other companies, firms or persons concerned with the trip; and Operator will make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force major or for elements of the package not caused by customer. If there is a difference between Operator's Conditions and those published by the supplier, the conditions of suppliers shall apply. Price quoted is per person double “occupancy”.

SINGLE ROOMS:  if available, have a surcharge of ($850) as shown on the costing portion of the brochure.   If you do not have a roommate, SBN-Partners in Prayer, will make every attempt to find you one.   If unsuccessful, you will be required to pay the single room surcharge.  (There is limited availability for Single Room Supplements)
