Perfect Balance is a natural product with an active ingredient that is derived from the Wild Mexican Yam plant (10% Wild Yam Extract).  This particular plant has a very high concentration of a substance called diosgenin, which is similar to our own progesterone.  Lack of natural progesterone and a dominance of unopposed estrogen causes hormonal imbalances.
